"Large, clean and airy room. The bed was huge and comfortable. The walls were a little thin so you could could hear some noise from the rooms next door. Breakfast was a self serve style, which could be taken back to your room or eaten outside alongside the pool. Breakfast had limited options, no cooked food, but what there was was tasty and well presented. "

"We loved our stay- the front desk staff were very nice, the views were beautiful and a nice walk to the seashore. We didn’t have our pets but like that it is dog friendly. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, will definitely stay again. "

"The view of the bay from our suite was amazing! The decor was so tasteful, and perfect vintage Cape Cod. The bed was very comfy and shower was great, and so was WiFi. "

"The Pelhams view of the beach is gorgeous. Rooms are clean and neat and the Rooftop restaurants bar, drinks and brunch were delicious with a gorgeous view right on the water. They also have outdoor fire pits you can enjoy a drink while watching the sunset. "

"Mattress not so good. Service good. No paper cuos supplied with coffee that was supplied. Seems odd. Bathroom floor dirty behind door woth dead bugs etc."

"The room itself was fine. Staff was never in office, no register or departure required. Had to call for nice gentleman to assist me with room & combo of door. Could have used a coffee maker. Many people possibly low income, were living there. Would prefer knowing about this ahead of time so I would feel more comfortable with seeing them & bicycles all parked around specific rooms. Some noise at night. Not sure where it was coming from. Pot holes in parking lot were pretty bad. Had to drive...
