"This motel was categorized as 4 stars it is at best 2,5 stars. It is the typical tiny cape cod motel room. The beds are not great. It was clean and did not smell of mold like most cap motels but the off season charge of $175 per night for a $90 room is ridiculous. "

"So when I got there i had my reservation in for the day changes to a day ahead and had my email with a confirmation saying I was all set and when I got there it was never changed. Ugh! Took longer to check in and i only had so much time before wedding i was attending. Also when i told the front desk my room hair dryer didn't work i was giventhe "oh well". so that sucked"

"We spent a month at this property in the fall. Everything was as advertised, and the host, Kate, could not have been nicer or any more accommodating. The house is full of Cape Cod charm. The location is peaceful, yet very convenient to everything Wellfleet has to offer. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Feliz's home. The house was immaculate and very well maintained, and our host went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The deck is a beautiful space, with seating and a large picnic table, and a great grill. The downstairs is cozy, one large space with the kitchen and living area all together. There is no indoor dining table, so for 7-8 people to eat dinner together, it has to be at the table outside. There is a nice counter in the kitchen for breakfasts and...

"We had an extraordinary stay. The staff treated us like family, the facilities were all super clean, generous and beautiful - recently renovated. The hot tub sauna and steam room are a rare wonderful find. Perfect location in ptown. Right in the action and walkable to everything while also quiet at night with comfortable beds and bedding. This is one of the most charming stays on the cape & well kept secrets of Ptown. Incredible stay! Thank you so much to the generous and kind management who are now like friends. We’ll be back in no time! "
