"A great apartment for exploring Zurich. Travel around the city is super easy, a short walk to buses and trains. Only downside was the noise from the trains when the window was open but then it is a balance with the plus of having them close by. The apartment itself is lovely and has everything you need. The communication with the host was great. Our door lock was low and battery and they attended to it very quickly! "

"Self check in. Kein Personal gesehen. An und für sich alles okay. Für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend. Dann stört es auch nicht, wenn die Nachttischli fehlen. Was jedoch sehr stören war: Trinkgläser nur mit Putzlappen rundherum, oben gereinigt. Fettfinger Abdrücke unten.Echt ecklig!! Dazu war ein Glas gesprungen. Gut habe ich es vorher noch gesehen. Aber ansonsten war alles unkompliziert und okay."

"Our room was extremely clean and just what we needed. The hotel is located around 5-10min walk from the town centre and station. It is not really a hotel but a collection of rooms within what appeared to be a residential building but it was all very clean, efficient and modern. We would happily stay here again."

"We picked Arlette Hotel on our way back from Zermatt as it was very close to the train station. The staff are so polite and accommodating. The room had an 80s vibe which I loved. Continental breakfast was included and it was delicious. Very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. Thank you Arlette! "

"The location is around 10-15 mins walking distance from Zurich main station. There is no reception in this hotel, self check in service is provided, it is smooth. There is no lift for this 4 storeys building, but luggage lift is provided. It is pity, I didn't notice that after I pick up luggage to the 4th floor. However, I can make it when check-out. It is good. Room is small but good for single traveler. It is clean, but no refrigerator. Shower room is compact. There are plenty of...

"There is no TV and water or coffee machine. The wifi password and instructions on the door did not work. Expensive for what it is. "

"We were very happy with this hotel. It was a nice surprise. I loved the cleanliness and parking. The little extras were very nice as well. Water, tea, and fruit plus a few toiletries. After traveling all day this was a nice comfortable place to rest. We came in Oct. and the temp in the room was pleasant. "
