"Some tech issue was going on at the front desk so check in took a solid 30 minutes and lines were backed up which was odd for 8ish on a Sunday night. We had 2 rooms. I would suggest that the front desk staff make it a practice not to loudly announce room numbers so that everyone in the lobby hears them. We were told that housekeeping usually cleans the room every 2 days unless requested, but not necessarily true based on our experienced. We stayed there for almost a week. There was an occasion that 2 days had passed and no one still cleaned the room. When we informed the desk personnel, we were told that the housekeeping was gone for the day.
