"The whole facility is clean with no smells. From the entrance, elevator , hallways and rooms everyplace is clean! The desk staff is very helpful and friendly. We really felt comfortable Staying here "

"Was great property for the cost. Our room was not serviced so we ran out of towels and toilet paper. Would have been better if people in the room next to us hadn't been smoking excessively and seeping into our suite."

"They care about their property and were working on maintenance. Parking is ample but everyone must be extra careful driving in and especially getting out. The location was central to great beaches, Southampton, great restaurants and shopping. "

"Staff at the Bay Watch were friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms were clean with the exception of the towels and bed linens that seemed to be a bit dingy (may have been just hard stains to get out) Otherwise, pool was excellent, location good and quiet, and for the price, I would highly recommend trying it out!"
