"Fantastic location for young families that want to relax by the pool / pebbled beach. Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. Very small tvs and old style coffee filter. Might benefit from a small upgrade to nespresso and slightly better entertainment system. But these are minor issues. "Great location in Omalos. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed two days and they brought us to the Samaria Gorge and the Mount Gingilos. They even organized to send our luggage to our next destination, so we wouldn't have to carry them in the Samaria Gorge. e had breakfast and dinner there, very good. They even prepared lunch for us."

"Place is clean and well kept. We were two families travelling together with teenage kids. One stayed in 2nd floor and other in the ground floor by the pool. The 2nd floor room was good with AC in bedroom and common area. Shower was very tiny but water came with good pressure. Room had fridge and balcony. "This property was beautiful! Right on the beach!!! Wonderful view of the sea from the room and patio! The room was tastefully decorated and everything was clean and welcoming. The hotel grounds had flowering landscaping and the whole atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The best part was that you could walk out of your room and be right on the sands of a lovely beach! "Helt igennem perfekt ophold. Vi havde 2 vær. lejlighed i 2 etager - med fuld panorama udsigt. Adgang til solsenge på egen strand (som man dog skal betale for at benytte). Lille restaurant der serverer mad og drikkevarer. Virkelig god service. Eneste ting man skal være opmærksom på er at det kan være en udfordring for gangbesværede. Der er rigtig mange trapper. "

"The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania."
