"The check in was great! Ana at the front desk was sweet and professional through and through! First of all, I am not too picky to begin with, and I knew this was not a 5 star hotel, which it is ok with me. However, the first room I received had stained sheets that were not been changed. The head of housecleaning was also very professional and nice, and even took pictures of that. We were given another room and that was a little better. "The hotel is very conveinantly located to the airport, major roadways, restaraunts and shopping. It is older but are updating many of the features. It is clean and they offer a fully buffet breakfast. Would stay there again."

"Water pressure in the bathroom is subpar. Water doesn’t get very hot. The beds are a little too stiff/firm, and the staff doesn’t speak any English, and they act annoyed when you try to communicate with them. After asking room service (via telephone), for an extra blanket for my bed, The staff took an hour to get a blanket to me, and wanted to argue about how they could not provide more than one blanket. After spending $150 for one night just to sleep somewhere, you would expect better...

"It was perfect for our one night stay to visit Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Clean and comfortable. My son really liked the gym on site as well."
