"First time in Font Romeu and this was a lovely place to relax. Ideally placed in the centre of the town it was easy to walk to bars and restaurants. Not everything was open due to it being between the seasons and with Covid 19 on top of that. "

"Stopped here in Jan 2025 with 2 other guys sharing a triple room on half board. Great hotel that has a relaxed and fun atmosphere about it, games in the bar (chess, pool, checkers etc) Room was very big compared to other ski hotels, obviously the usual basic room but beds and pillows were good, room was warm and shower powerful. Room was clean and tidied will towels etc every day. Food wise breakfast was a good buffet, a little cold as in could have been warmer, but good usual continental...

"Friendly welcome and nice rooms with comfy bed and fabulous shower. The outside space is a bonus and much appreciated by our dog. The evening meal menu is very limited and there are no vegetarian options which is a shame. "

"Actual hotel was ok but having taking authorisation details earlier while booking I was then charged again at the hotel .Actually two payments were attempted to be taken from my saved debit card ! HSBC contacted me regarding fraud attempts and blocked my card.But even worse than that the female on reception was aggressive and shouted non stop."

"Lovely hotel but air conditioning does not work so was like trying to sleep in a sauna. For some reason it only blows and does not cool, and is also very noisy. A real shame as otherwise would have been 5/5. "

"Everything was great. The only problem was that the Expedia booking didn't go through although I did get a confirmation, from Expedia. Fortunately they still had a room available so we got in. It cost me an extra thirty euros though but I was too tired to make an issue out of it, especially as it was Expedia fault according to the receptionist. "
