"The staff was very accommodating and the hotel verry clean. The AC was able to cool the room in less then 5 min so no need to leave it on when leaving for the day. The street parking is not easy but there is a public parking lot at 5 min walk across the street and another one at about 20 min walk, close to Burriana Beach. I do recommend going to beach to Burriana, it is the biggest and the sun is lasting longer at the sunset. The Mercadona that is about 5 min away is a grate thing where to buy...

"Our stay was great. I would recommend this hotel! Very walkable to bus, sites and restaurants! Ladies at the desk were very kind and welcoming! Allowed us to store luggage before and after check in/out! Best bed I’ve ever slept in Europe!!!!! Nice balcony. No refrigerator but that was ok. We would stay again! Very clean!!!!!"

Just a few minor things- no bin in the room (only a tiny one in the bathroom), nothing to hang towels on in the bathroom, a few hooks on the back of the door would help! "Booked the most expensive room was placed into a basement service quarter room marked as private with no other rooms on that "floor" in the middle of the coldest rainiest season with a child with no hot water, wifi, non-working stove or even blankets. Totally avoided my calls, what's apps or emails ( they are never at the reception) as they know they messed it up. Had to book ourselves into another hotel for the rest of the stay. Of course no refund either. Total disgrace."

"The property is very basic, but clean. It is in a noisy location where there is a lot of noise from the street late at night. In the room you can hear every time someone else in the hotel flushes the toilet or walks around throughout the night, endless noise and we didn’t sleep very much. Having said all that, it was only £37 a night! What do you expect for that price. Overall it served a purpose for 1 night, but we would not return."
