"I love staying in this hotel anytime I come to Pittsburgh. It’s affordable and the rooms are great and the staff is fantastic. They’re always friendly and help you with whatever you need. I was originally on a higher floor and the highway traffic noise was ridiculously loud. It sounded like a window was open and I was on the highway at night time. It was awful. "We have always stayed here when in town to visit family since it a convenient location. The staff is always very pleasant and eager to assist guests. The breakfast is great and complete: there is something for everyone. The hotel is undergoing renovations; however, upon booking our 7-night stay I never received any type of communication concerning the renovations.
