The hotel's reseveration number and Expedia's reservation number are different and I was using Expedia's reservation number. "It was cheap and lived up to it’s name “Budget Ibis” we could accept everything as we chose budget - but fire doors wedged open just says no control, no management and no idea. Sorry would not recommend on the basis that it is unsafe. We knew there was no food or drink on site and accepted that. "
