There must be some fresh air coming in from the AC unit, but that’s rare nowadays. With a standard ERV like in less than 15 year old Hiltons, Marriotts etc, about 600ppm is typical with outside air now running 420ppm for comparison. Mark"

"We stayed here on the way to the Port of Charleston. Beds were comfortable but small as they are doubles and there are 4 of us. Rooms were clean. Check in was fast and easy. Parking is plentiful. There is a pool that is not in service, but we weren’t here for that. The outside is a bit messy/run down."

"This place looks abandoned. All the trees are either dead, or cut down. Half of the hotel is boarded up. The rooms are dated, but somewhat clean. The towels though, thats another story. They look as though they have never been washed."
