"The room was fine, check in went smooth. Housekeeping needs to mop behind bathroom doors. Also leave an extra trash bag or two in the room. Maintence needs to clean up more, Ice cream was all over the stairs for many hours while we were there. They were good when late evening our AC went out and responded quickly. Breakfast was awful, All turkey based products, bacon and sausage. Eggs were lumpy, no cereal for kids and no milk. Breakfast needs some serious help. The pool music was to much of a...

No consideration from guests as you could hear microwave doors slamming shut from all around you, toilets flushing, cabinet doors shutting as the walls are paper thin. "I don't understand why there were bad reviews about this hotel. Not only was it clean, nice, and elegant, but the interior decor was very ornate and modern. Also, this was the first hotel I have ever visited that actually allowed guests the option to cook. I, personally, absolutely loved Extended Stay America."
