"This home is cozy, clean, well stocked, and next to the Greenbriar Trail. The living areas are roomy and the kitchen is big. The front porch with fire pit was wonderful after a long day of biking. Our little dog was allowed to be with us and they have a large backyard. You can bike to local restaurants. We will be back! Wonderful host!"

"Our night was good, the host was great, the beds were comfy, and the shower was awesome. The only drawback is that you have to travel north away from the activities we had. If we'd had more nights or if there was snow on the ground, I'd worry about the driving. This was literally one of only 2 listings that allowed dogs. Our dog played well with the host's dog!"

"Maintenance is lacking on the entire property. The bathroom mirror had a nice saying (not family friendly) on it that showed up vividly when steamed over which happened easily since the fan was useless. "

"Unit was immaculate; shower curtain liner appeared brand new and carpet looked freshly cleaned. Kitchen very well equipped and only unit we saw with deck furniture. The location was perfect - we attended the music festival and could hear the music and partially see main stage from our balcony - perfect view of fireworks both nights as well. There was an AC unit in living room and bedroom was kept cool by ceiling fan - there were additional fans in closet but not needed. Care needed as shower...

"There is no air conditioning in this property as of August 2024. Not sure why the listing would say so. It was filthy when we arrived, and the lower-level rooms were dank and musty. If we had been staying for more than one night I would have contacted the owner immediately, but we made do since we were there less than 24 hours. Absolutely not worth the price."
