The in suite jacuzzi was a nice touch and a wonderful way to relax. Would definitely recommend if you’re in this city! "Lovely room superb setting and an amazing experience. Having the cenotes on the property was the highlight, they were fantastic. We arrived early well before checkin and they kindly accommodated our suitcases but unfortunately the cafeteria which was the only place to get food for miles was closed that day. It should have been opened between 9-2.00 as stated on the WhatsApp they sent us previously so we were only able to buy crisps and biscuits for lunch and tea. This was the only negative, the...
