"This has the potential to be a very pleasant hotel. The kitchen, the beautiful garden and the pool are all maintained by several members of staff. Unfortunately, our room was in a terrible condition. The bathroom sink was broken and dirty and the toilet was in a disgusting state. Our bedding was torn and filthy and was replaced only after complaining and then we were given an old blanket to sleep under. There clearly isn't a daily, if any, housekeeping service as advertised.
