"Great service. The area is a little sketch, but they make you feel safe with a gated parking lot and security guards. I'm not sure there's too mamy places in Memphis that aren't a little sketch. The room was fine. The toilet was plugged and they didn't fix it after notifying them, but it was fine. I gave it 5 stars for what it is. A place to stay and sleep. If you want something fancy or a resort, then spend another $200 a night. For $82, its what you get. "

"Breakfast was a joke. Not even milk for the cereal. Clean comfortable rooms. Low toilets for those with mobility issues. "

"The room was nice and comfortable. The television only one so one channel. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The hotel was supposed to have a complimentary breakfast but the only thing available was juice. "

"Nice new hotel. Very clean, nice beds. Some things need tweaking because it's new construction but overall was a great place to stop in on our way"

"The property is in downtown Memphis, so the things around it are all dependent on itself, not upon the hotel. We were greeted very well, given all the help that we needed to understand how to get to a room. She helped us with me being allergic to things making sure that I didn't have a problem before we even checked in. Other than a few other things it was very good."
