"Property located in the same lot as a convenient store and walking distance to waffle house..friendly front desk service .second time staying here as it's close to family ... parking lot well lit..was full house both times..which kes me to believe it has great standards...coffee in morning at office. "

"Bit dated property, but they make do. I don't expect a lot, but it was clean, no bugs, beds were decent. I never turned on the TV and cannot comment on that. Toilet seems dated, the hot water could have been hotter but that's a personal preference. Breakfast was lacking, some token effort a protein or eggs would be nice - but this is normal for 2024. It was quiet, no drama, no thugs and 10 hours of bass outdoors - i'll be back"

"Great service, friendly staff. Breakfast was hot and abundant. I really appreciated that breakfast was served from 7a-10a. At other places it's been 6a-9a, which is too early for me (I work late at night and sleep late). It is very, very quiet! Surprisingly so, despite being near a major roadway. Will stay again!"
