Privacy, luxury and nature-for you! Luxurious apartment in our home (owner-occupied) - on nearly120 private acres, overlooking the Enoree river. Visitors are blown away by the view and the sound of the river. Beautiful walking trails and 2 kayaks available for use. There is a beautiful waterfall located only 600 yards upriver, by kayak. There are deer, geese, beavers, bald eagles, turtles, herons, river otters, etc.. 15 miles to GSP airport and 21 miles to downtown Greenville and Spartanburg. (No pets, smoking/vaping inside, or guns!)

Beautiful River View
The property was nicely kept and well-stocked. Our hosts were friendly and eager to make sure my husband and I had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The river view right outside our front door was stunning. We would definitely stay here again!

Riverside Retreat
Enjoyed the peaceful sound of the river through the windows. Walking the trails, viewing turtles and herons helped me relax. Nearby Woodruff had a variety of restaurants. Truly enjoyed our week.

Great place to stay during Joe Nall Week
We were in town for Joe Nall Week at the triple tree Aerodrome. We had never been to Anderson but found this beautiful home on VRBO. The pictures and description is exactly what you get. The home is a hidden treasure on the river. Everything is immaculately kept and everything you need is there. Just bring your suitcase and a few groceries and you have a perfect getaway.

Absolutely relaxing
My time here was amazing! I was working out of town in the area for 6 weeks and could not have asked for a better place to come home to after work. The river and the walking trails are beautiful, and the pictures definitely do not do justice. Lucia and Chris are amazing hosts and willing to help with anything you might need. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for peace and quiet in nature! House and property are beautiful!!!

Beautiful View
It was a great place to stay. The river was beautiful, and we loved listening to the water. We went kayaking, but the river's level was pretty low. Had to portage over the rockier areas. It was a lot of fun, if a bit tough. The area is peaceful, but still not too far from stores and restaurants.

One of the Best
We have vacationed every year, 2 or 3 times and have stayed in a lot of vacation homes. This place is by far one of the best. The price was good the scenery out side spectacular. The windows facing the river gave great views form the living room and two bed rooms. The hosts where marvelous. The rooms where supper clean and well appointed. I would like to live there.

Beautiful stay on the river
Stayed here for 3 nights. Beautiful property right on the river, gracious host. Exactly as the pictures portray. It is downstairs in the main home. You have to walk down the sloping, paved path to the unit. Not much to do in the town of Woodruff, but the brew pub and Mustard Seed were very good.

Relaxing riverside getaway
We had a great stay at this beautiful property. We loved the hanging chairs by the river and could have sat there for hours listening to the water. The use of the kayaks was a great addition to our stay. Our son loved having the ability to go out on his own and explore the water. The owners were very friendly but definitely didn’t infringe on our privacy during our stay. Chris was gracious enough to let our son use his fishing pole, which was definitely one of the highlights of our time there. He caught several small fish and had a great time!

Little piece of Heaven
I loved the property and it's owners. Everything was quiet, the leaves were beautuful and rhe sound if the river, mesmerizing. My friend was not able to join me so i came alone and felt perfectly safe seeing that the apartment is part if the house. Lucia, the owner and i had an instant connection and her husband and daughter are lovely. I have already suggested your place to my boss!!! Thank you for sharing your home and i will be back!

Amazing!!
This is prob our favorite VRBO yet. The view is spectacular and endless adventures await you. We used the kayaks to go to the water fall and spent hours in the swings just listening to the water. The hosts are very nice and the accommodations excellent. It’s very well stocked and clean. The cell service isn’t good but that was fine by us. WiFi is good so we just communicated thru online options.

A touch of paradise
The most lovely remote home with breathtaking views of the river. Peace and serenity are both offered here and provide a nice break from hectic day to day life. The home owners are very kind and offer friendly prompt communication when needed. Definitely a place we will visit again. My favorite thing I would like to add that you don’t often see is that the floors were clean. Like squeaky clean. So refreshing and definitely a highlight that you don’t see often.

Beautiful, Peaceful Location!
This property did not disappoint, in fact it was both better than the pictures and reviews! As soon as my husband and I parked the truck we could hear the river and immediately went rushing to the back of the home to see the amazing rocks and river. The apt/ home is a beautifully decorated 2 bedrooms with ample space as well as walk in closets. Perfect size kitchen, dinning and bathroom with all the necessities of home. :) We meet briefly with the owner who was very polite and welcoming, thank you Chris! :) The home is located in a very remote but perfect location as it is still close to the local grocery and some restaurants. We truly could not have asked for a more peaceful, relaxing location and we will definitely be back the next time we're back in S.C. Don't let the pictures fool you, this home and river is so much more picturesque and beautiful!!! Thank you Lucia & Chris for sharing your amazing home with us, we are truly grateful :)

Most Amazing Stay
Hubby and I booked this stay at the last min. We really needed to unwind and get away from the huddle and bustle of the city. When we arrived out breath was taken away by the beautiful nature that surrounded us. The front door and windows faced right over the River. We also walked the trail on the property that went right up to the river where I could put my feet in the cool water. While walking the trail we were able to meet the owners. We were truely blessed by this family. They are the most kind hearted people we have come across in a very long time! The entire family was so welcoming! It was such a relaxed, quiet weekend. We plan on making this trip again multiple times in the future. The living area was more than enough room for my husband and I. Had everything we need plus more! You can absolutely tell they put a lot of love and care into their guest area. It was spotless! Plenty of benches outside to side and melt into nature. Thank you so much for everything! You have blessed my family!

This Place is the best!
Beautiful inside and outside. The owner's of the property are amazing. The rooms are extremely well appointed. This is the cleanest place I have ever stayed and I am fussy when it comes to cleanliness. All rooms have huge windows and give magnificent views of the river and forest. We saw 2 bald eagles everyday of our 3 day stay. I love this place and we will always rent it when we stay in the area.

Chris and Lucia are soooo sweet and such good hosts. An amazing amount of thought went into building this remote mansion and setting up the apartment. So many things right about it! Bedrooms opposite sides, clean clean, comfy beds, full kitchen, quality furniture, tasteful decorations and soooo quiet and peaceful. Cute easy trails along the river with beautiful seating areas for wine and cheese, the river and country sounds, deer, cute rabbits, nice cat, beautiful drive getting there. We were in heaven...
