"What a great place!! In the middle of a neighborhood. Doesnt look that appealing but when you go inside the locked gate at Casa Toñita, it's a completely different world! Everything was so vlean and orderly. The pool sparkled the whole week were there. The only thing we didn't care for was it doesn't get very dark in the room at night. There is no blanket on the bed. We had to buy one. And thr neighborhood roosters will start waking you around 130 am... "

"I normally never write reviews but this place deserved a FULL review! We ended up booking this place for our last two days in PR and it was a last minute decision. We were a little weary as tourists visiting and being kind of far off the resort but wow the views on this place were incredible. It literally felt like a home away from home. We were right off the beach and the customer service was above and beyond! Our room was very clean and accommodated all of our needs including a fridge and microwave. And then on top of that, the sheets and bedding were clean! We were able to walk right behind our room on to the beach and that was honestly one of the best parts not even including the bar and grill that is located at the hotel. The customer service between the front desk and the bar and grill was amazing. They made us feel right at home and even allowed us to go out to the beach after hours though the doors were locked. I don’t have not one complaint honestly. I would recommend this place 20 times over! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to PR! A true hideaway gem if you are looking to see the true side of Puerto Rico outside of the tourist area!"
