"Biscuits and beverage at lobby area are convenient. Room experience though, Shower unit lower pressure, difficult to control temperature at my room. Abit confusing to first find the room. There's an obvious staircase to the left, but those are for rooms 6 onwards. Rooms 1-5 are same level as lobby "

"Property was worse.. Room smelly, bathroom sink broken, no facilities, no wifi connection. Staff was u friendly and don't understand.. Bathroom have centipede. Dangerous with young children. Can't acceptable.. Disappointed."

"Breakfast was served tucked away in another building that we had to cross a carpark with construction going on to reach. Furthermore it is un-sheltered and raining so it is difficult to access and got stuck when it poured very heavy and there are no umbrellas to loan to send us back to the hotel building. No lift in the basement of the carpark. "

"Hotels.com should take a more active role to ensure reservation is confirmed especially when the booking is done on the same day when staying overnight on the same day. Worse thing hotels.com can say no refund can be given as it is non refundable and subject to the hotel approval. It was at the very same hotel which I was sitting for one hour and not allowed to go. Will I get any kind of compensation? Nothing. Nothing to appease me. Hotels.com is not the only one. I will venture out for...
