Personally greeted on arrival, fresh milk for tea/coffee, biscuits and bathroom consumables was greatly appreciated, room was clean with every thing we needed for a comfortable stay. "The photos of this property do not match. On arrival the building had broken glass taped up, no direction where to find a key, no support with trying to contact for help. Car park had people being erratic. Room itself smelt of smokers. The bed was ruffled. The bottom sheet not ironed. Paint was coming off the walls in the rooms.
