"As a traveling worker this place was easy to find. Convenient in location of my job and other necessities nearby. As well as quiet during the night. "

"The area is nice, but the location sometimes makes it hard to enter the highway. They hotel was clean, but there are not alot of ammenities within the hotel. Dunkin doughnuts is in the parking lot as well as a restaurant, so that helped. It is close to everything with 30 minutes. Breakfast is the normal hotel stuff and wasnt bad."

"I went because of my Brother’s viewing. So it wasn’t for pleasure. This place was new and very nice. The only issue we had was the hot water heater was down and had the take cold showers "

"The room was large, and very clean, the bed was cozy. I neede some assistance, and the gentleman that helped me was friendly and helpful. I love the fact that its not a chain hotel, and that they totally remodeled an existing hotel. I also love the fact that I knew the room I was in, and the code to the door before I arrived. Very comfortable."

"Simple, clean comfortable suite. Full kitchen with frig, stove and microwave. Convenient to UVA campus and football stadium. "

"Our group (5 staying on property) plus a few locals enjoyed a wonderful weekend reunion in Charlottesville. The house was perfect for a large group, not only for sleeping, but also as a base for visiting old UVA haunts, as well as dining on the downtown mall and main street (We walked to both locales - perfect location!)."

"We had four adults for a weekend getaway. The property is clean and well stocked. It is right off of I64 and within 15 min of the university and Monticello. Communication with the manager was easy and prompt. Their website is excellent with recommendations for food and activities. The only negative to this property is that it is not handicap accessible. The driveway is very steep and the stairs to the front door and upstairs are very steep. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
