"Location was convenient. Safe area. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only issues I had was that the person in the room next to us kept pushing the snooze on their alarm at 3AM and then had the tv on loud enough to keep us awake while the got ready to leave. The other issue was the parking area wasn't cleared of snow, but they had recently received an unusually large amount of snow, so that could have contributed to the issue. "

"The staff was very friendly, breakfast was top notch. Frustrating to pay for parking that far away from downtown. Also didn’t realize the KC streetcar line didn’t go by here yet, had to pay for more parking downtown daily. It was clean. Had a good stay. "

"We could not get a good night sleep due to the window covering in our room. It did not roll down all the way to make the room completely dark. We had the bright lights shining through from across the parking lot at the restaurants behind the building. "
