"Have to pay for the use of the pool, I would suggest the hotel use a timetable instead of a paying system. The hotel arranged for a 3rd bed in advance without additional charge so this is really good."

"Our initial room was much smaller than we had expected based on the website pictures. Additionally, the window shade was broken. We requested a different room which the management provided. They then provided the option of a club level room that was larger and had a couple of extra perks, (coffee, beer, wine and snacks) for an additional $40 per nite. Definitely worth doing the upgrade.
