"Overall arrived late wasn’t told about the subcharge 50 euro for air con which is needed in the heat! Towels had stains on them and toilet door had no privacy wouldn’t lock or close correctly you could look in. We were there the one week and not once was the room cleaned or sheets changed in duration of the week we slept in dirty sheets made us disgusting, the shower wouldn’t drain properly and had a few friendly cockroaches arrive. "This hotel was simply lovely. The building has recently been extensively refurbished and the quality of the work was really nice. The location of the hotel is great for Protarus and the beach and the quality of the food was lovely. I can’t fault this place. "Excellent value for money accomodation just a short walk from all the bars, shops etc. Breakfast was excellent with enough hot and cold choices for all. Our studio was perhaps a little dated and the bathroom could do with renewing but it was clean with plenty of hot water. The pool was clean and large with plenty of sunloungers for everyone.Would definitely recommend this accommodation."

"It wasn’t a pleasant experience. The apartment was not clean enough and got only one unit of air conditioning which is not sufficient at all to cool the place. So we couldn’t get a good night sleep. And above all the apartment was over priced for what we got in return. No complimentary coffee or water. "
