"Room's and bathroom need an update, no AC, no coffee maker no fridge, mattress and pillows are old, and the price they ask for 1night is way to much. Zero star rating.... We had to leave early (7:00 am) we could not get a coffee because breakfast was at 7:30........"

"Nettes Hotel an der Hauptstraße, ordentliches gerämiges und sauberes Zimmer, Bar und Restaurant mit vielfältiger Auswahl (indisch und italienisch) sowie langer Öffnungszeit, preiswert und ganz lecker, sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück war entgegen der Angabe in der Buchung nicht inbegriffen, aber Cappuccini und Hörnchen gab es für ganz kleines Geld, also kein Problem. "I have just come back from a stay at hotel baitone which overall I was not impressed with at all. The room itself was good and very clean as was the restaurant but the location of the hotel was not what it was described on the website. It wasn’t in Malcesine it was 7 kilometres outside of the town which we had to get a taxi to or walk which was one hour and 17 mins. Very disappointedin the hotel.com website which I will never use again "

Free parking on-site. - Hotel requested extra 50 EUR for late check-in, We negotiated the lower price but finally the check-in was done via code for door access and earlier whatsapp contact and nobody was waiting for us. This means that the extra fee looked as irrational."

"Hotel molto carino con piccolo camping annesso, ristorante e piscina. La struttura sembra ristrutturata recentemente, visto lo stato perfetto degli interni e degli arredi. Noi avevamo una camera doppia all'ultimo piano, spaziosa, con bagno e sauna. Lo stabile è servito da ascensore e la colazione viene servita nella sala ristorante al pianterreno. "A good apartment in Carisolo, within walking distance to the town of Pinzolo and some 15min drive to Madonna di Campiglio/Groste skiing resort. The studio room was of sufficient size consisting of a double bed, a TV, a square dining table (for 2), a small kitchen and a bathroom. Good heating in winter, the room was very warm. There is a sauna on lower ground floor for c. 10 EUR pp but did not use this facility. Also, on the lower ground floor there is a room to leave the skis/ski boots overnight...
