"The hotel was good, has cafe/bakery for food. Alot of smoke smell from other guests. Bathroom for me had a step up and high tub, hard to use with hip injury. Towel kit bag every day, built up so many kits, didnt need. Fridge was good to have. Hard bed, weighted blanket and hard pillows. Sometimes hard to sleep. Overall, its exceptional. Maybe should have upgraded to better room."

"The property is clean and the space is large. The only bad thing about this place is the check-in procedures. Since there is no staff in the building, your only way to access is by the email sent by the property owner. "I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. I was very unimpressed by their business ethics...
