"Stopped here on our way to FL with the whole family. The rooms were clean and breakfast in the morning was good. My kiddos enjoyed the variety of cereal and hot food offered. The waffles were a hit with our oldest. Overall a great place to stay with no complaints and great staff. The Mountain views are always beautiful even in the winter and we saw a rainbow over the mountains from the breakfast area in the morning. Definitely would stay here again. "

I read the reviews on our way there and glad I had the heads up on no staff present, challenge on finding the chalet once we arrived as well as where the rooms are and getting code to unlock the door. Thank goodness we found a local number to call in one of the emails. The lady stayed on the phone until she directed us to the right building, room, and explaining lock mechanism. "Me and my friends family stayed at this place for 2 days. Overall the experience was good - private,secluded, green n easily accessible from pigeon forge! Rooms were spacious and all rooms were with king bed with sheets/pillows for all guests The cabin is not on top of the mountains and it’s close to roads. Couple of things were not great - 1. Gas grill was not properly maintained and it caught fire over complete grill. We had to stop using it 2. 2nd floor bathroom had no proper water...
