"The guys running the place were very polite and friendly. However, on arrival at about 18.45, one young man was solely in charge. Customers were serving themselves drinks while he was trying to sort out the mechanism on our room door. They had dining guests waiting for tables although restaurant was virtually empty. They were also operating a ‘just eat’ service, which took two others away on deliveries. No breakfast menu was provided and we were given a ‘cooked’ meat free breakfast that was...

"The property is not located where advertised. It claims to be 1 minute away from the waterside theatre and therefore not far from the train station. This was very important to me and my wife who were travelling with several heavy bags and needed to be very close to both and this is the exact reason we booked it. However, it turns out it’s around 25 minute walk away from the theatre! As a result, we had to take a couple of Ubers back and forth and thought it only fair the host covers the cost...
