"First day we arrive we had no power, so we went there to rest and with no power we could not watch netflix, charge oour mobile phones, and staff said they had to be two hours in order to turn on the power plant. Them I went to the receptionist and she had no idea what I was talking about. One person said it was an accident outside the hotel and the company was taking care but had no idea about the time. "Small hotel, making the most out of the land they have. The rooms are big enough, well designed and they were clean. Bed is super comfortable, and the shower works really well. It’s a good option for a quick stay in Valle de Bravo. The only inconvenience was customer service. Check in is at 4 pm so we got there early because of a wedding and we needed a room to get dressed. We had a hard time working out a solution with the people at front desk so we could have a room by 2 pm instead of 4....

"Everything great except for the conditions of bathroom and bed linen. Duvet was stained and towels look and feel a little old. Service and attention of Valeria was outstanding! She was of great help providing ibuprofen when we arrived late and all the pharmacies were closed. She also provided a great recommendation for a near by place for breakfast this morning."

"Fuimos porque se celebro una boda en valle de bravo. De entrada, fueron muy amables y flexibles con el horario, el lugar donde nos quedamos fue amplio. Y realmente todo estaba muy tranquilo. Si les gusta la tranquilidad y estar en contacto con la naturaleza, este es el lugar ideal, el centro de valle está a 20 min aproximadamente. "
