"When we checked in there were 3 gals at the reception desk, 2 to check us in and 1 was counting money, why was that being done at the desk? If there was a discrepancy in the cash, shouldn’t the person who’s drawer had an issue and the accountant step into an office and count the money away from guests, not to mention the receptionist was very unpleasant both times we met her. Customer service seems lacking."

"The staff here was very nice, the hotel is in a good location and is very close to fast food restaurants and gas stations. The rooms were basic and weren't the prettiest but for the price it makes up for it. We stayed here for the race weekend at Michigan International Speedway which is about 45 minutes away and about a half hour away from Ann Arbor. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back some day."
