"Out of all the hotels I have ever stayed at in China, which includes 4 and 5 star well known hotels, Ya Chen hotel has ranked above all. The rooms themselves were always neat and tidy with a newly renovated feel. The front desk workers go out of their way to make our stay free of hassle. "I liked that the property was directly linked to a shopping center. I also liked that the cleaning lady came by everyday. What I didn’t like was that my room was without electricity for almost a whole day. I contacted the hosts several times but they never responded. Then when someone finally responded they said it would be sorted in 30 minutes. 3 hours later I got the issue resolved. "

"The hotel is pretty much in an industrial isolated area. There is nothing good about other than perhaps if you are planning to stay one night only. The internet did not work. Staff could not communicate and language was a huge barrier. They did try with their translation app but it really didn’t do justice. Thumbs up for their effortsZ "
