"One that offers privacy where you can do your business and showers. A lot of hostels have common showers, but this alone takes the win if your too shy to do the number 2 in an open setting. Definitely recommend staying here. "

"We had 7th floor and train noise wasn’t an issue, paid for inside parking which was a bit pricy at $15/day. Roof top was nice escape and view - no access to the bbq up there unfortunately for hotel guests. Room was great and roomy, kitchen was in need of some additional pots. Laundry was in room and soap provided, not sure they worked the best but happy to have them. Suite needed some minor sprucing up but we were very happy. "

"It's OK to stay just one night, the check in was not hard to do as it is not a normal hotel but a private house. I had a last minute booking for this stay, then the detailed and very long instruction received to my mobile phone while I was driving a long distance. "

"Well run and clean property with few signs of wear and tear despite high usage. Bathrooms were clean and air-circulation was good. Only the kitchen ficilities let things down slightly due to high usage (taps loose in their fittings, communal scouring pads need more frequent replacement - one microwave was inoperable). But would definitely stay again."

"Marnong Estate staff are all friendly and helpful. The views spectacular. Watching the sunset over the grounds is magical. The room was clean and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. I would recommend staying here to everyone. "
