"This is a great hotel in a conviennent location. My stay was good - nothing to do with the hotel really but it was packed with hockey tournament families who took over all common areas. Unsupervised kids running around the halls and stairwells fairly late at night, slamming doors and yelling. The pool area was a mess in the morning with no clean towels. I would stay here again but probably avoid during hockey season."

"I was travelling alone for part of the trip and felt very safe in this hotel. It was close to the London University hospital which is why I stayed there and it was recommended to me by the nurses at the hospital "

"It was easy to get to, lots of parking, safe parking lot, it was salted due to the icy rain."

"Check-in was fine--friendly and efficient person at the desk. For check-out, no one was at the desk when I was leaving, but a room cleaner called someone, then told me I could just leave. Not a big problem, but a little confusing and inconvenient."

"Overall it is fair to good, staff were good, property conditions not very good, cleanliness not very good, TV wasn’t working, has parking, stayed 4 nights not cleaning everyday as they should. "
