"Like : nothing Dislike : everything Location : pathetic. Down in a dirty alley Property : a dumped house Rooms : filled with antique junk, that owner is fond of gathering Cleanliness : A spider crawled over me in the night Room space : no space to open your bags Price : overcharged Result: I had booked it for 2 nights, but left it after 1 night. Got a wonderful room in just 590 baht"

"My room was not properly cleaned once during my 6 day stay. The guesthouse is clean but this is not acceptable. The staff were friendly but spoke no English. The address does not accurately reflect the location (in a Soi) and the signage is all in Thai. If you are going to advertise on English language websites than there must be some English somewhere."

"Just in the middle of the "craziness". Food, parties, thai massages, Hua Hin Beach, horse riding on the beach. 15 minutes walk to the train station. Hotel itself, very quirky, can be not to everyone's taste. Windows go out into indoor corridor, not outside. But for the price, I can appreciate what they did with the place. You can have safety box, if you need. 2 bottles of water every day. For 4 days I've got room cleaned after 2 days."
