"The hotel itself is newer and clean etc. My room was spacious and quiet etc. Staff could be a little more friendly and breakfast could have a wider variety of options. The immediate area is a little sketchy but nobody bothered me. Just be alert. There are several good restaurants nearby and the better areas of town are very near by too. Within walking distance. Kossies coffee shop is excellent and just down the hill 50 feet away. The area should improve over time and this hotel is...

"We loved this hotel! The staff was exceptional! Each one of them was friendly and helpful and seemed to really care about their guests. The “Gat” (cat) motif throughout the hotel was well done without being too much. The hotel is in a great location with a Metro station close by. We definitely recommend staying at this hotel when traveling to Lisbon."

"I just want to make it clear that this place is a hostel/hotel although we did have a private bathroom the rooms were very small but good since we only stayed a night, the staff were very kind. When you enter you must take the elevator or stairs to the first floor and that is where you'll find the hotel/hostel, it's confusing at first. Overall good stay if ur on a budget, the door knob had problems closing but we ended up figuring it out. "
