"I’m not sure why I’ve seen so many bad reviews for this place. It was in a fantastic location, staff are kind and helpful. Yes the rooms are small. It’s an older historic building, and that’s what you should expect in this type of building. We knew there wasn’t an elevator, we were just hoping we weren’t on the top floor! We were on the 3rd floor, so definitely got a workout a few times a day, along with the many hills and stairs of Lisbon. If that kind of thing bothers you, or you have mobility...

Bathrooms clean. Breakfast included. Basic but plentiful. Location was great close to a lot of buses and a few different metro stations. Would highly recommend. Easy to get to from train station."
