"When we arrived we were told they couldn’t honor the reservation we made thru Expedia. We were told if we had a problem with that we should call Expedia. We had booked a one bedroom with an accessible bathtub but they gave it to someone else who was not checking out even though we had booked it for our stay. They offered us different rooms but eventually we had to take a non accessible one bedroom suite in order for our reservation to be honored. They had a very serious disregard for our booking...
