"Superior accommodation close to the waterfront. Easy access to the best parts of Tauranga. Modern and well presented, this accommodation was easily the best of all those we stayed at in our week long North Island trip. Friendly and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others. "

"Clean and tidy room with private bathroom and shower. One double and one single bed. A shared kitchen which had full amenities although I did not use these. A warm fire place in the shared lounge which another nice room guest added in more firewood which the warmth flowed into the dining/kitchen area. If you are looking for a simple, fuss free room for an overnight/long stay, can't go wrong here. Under 10mins drive into the city/beach/Mt Maunganui. "
