"We never got a mail with checkin procedures, as per stated in the confirmation mail from Expedia, and the hotel didn't respond to our attempt to contact them, so we had to book a different hotel, but we were still charged for the stay in full. Horrible customer un-service. Never again."

The maintenance man said “that shouldn’t be that way” and provided a large propane can heater, which wasn’t effective. Several other maintenance issues had been deferred. "
