"Our room was quite nice but the hotel needs some renovation. We were stuck in the elevator but staff was helpful in getting us out quickly. The coffee maker kept acting up and causing problems on the floor. Again staff quickly responded. "

"Rented 3 rooms to accommodate an overnight family trip to Busch Gardens. Later check in went smoothly. Front desk representative was efficient, professional and very friendly. Room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was great."

"Wanted to use pool but room and pool were extremely cold-felt like they left it cold so nobody could use it in the winter. Staff was nice - coffee maker in room does not make dark cup of coffee -went to lobby to get coffee instead."
