"Was greeted by front desk staff and as a member of IHG, was given a check in staff and room upgrade. Nice hot breakfast, very clean and hot breakfast foods. The downfalls, pool was closed for maintenance issues and asked 3 staff members for more towels. Housekeeping took the used ones, but never replaced them. Shower door fell off the track and it took maintenance about 4 hours to come fix it. Overall, I will stay again here for it was really comfortable and located very close to the highway. "

Staff were great, pool area was very clean and there is a nice hot breakfast spread available in the morning. Very convenient location with lots of options for food and quick shopping available, including a Sonic directly in the same parking lot. "

"Our experience at the Best Western in Bowling Green was excellent. The hotel staff was very helpful with my request to assist my disabled mother. The free breakfast was well beyond expectations including biscuits/gray, bacon, waffles, fruit, assorted breads, and more. We will definitely be staying her again. No negatives to report. "
