"Always wanted to stay in one of these and finally got the chance as I had to wait for my wife in Nagoya Airport for one night. The capsule was clean and efficient. The front desk staff was helpful, if limited in English. I liked that it was so isolated on the first floor so nobody else was around. "This was not a traditional-style onsen and not what I was expecting. (No yukata, no welcome treats.) It has been recently renovated, and the rooms are clean, modern (meaning we had enough outlets for all our electronics), nicely decorated, and very comfortable. "I was very appreciative of how spacious and accommodating the products were - especially with providing different options for body wash and skin care. There wasnt a massage chair included as was in the original pictures but as i didnt need for it it wasnt a loss. I would only suggest for the mattress to be changed to a more comfortable one as the one provided was very stiff. Otherwise, the pool/bathtub was a great way to wind down at the end of the day! "
