"The hotel and staff are fine. My issue was with our particular room. It had a nice modern kitchen, with walls that were red brick, two different odd wall paper, and a beach mural. The ceiling was green with pink trim. The two twin beds were mismatched in style and height. The couches and bedding sheets were dirty with stains. As I look through their advertised rooms, I don’t see pictures of our particular room."

"Everything about the accommodation was excellent, especially the staff! Despite the communication struggles, they were very helpful and provided great service during my stay. The free shuttle service to the ski resort was also extremely useful as they would drive you to your desired resort and pick you up at your specified time. "Not very close to train station and on a hill so we took a taxi (800JPY). But Kawagoe (desk clerk) was very helpful. She printed a bus schedule for going to and returning from Fukiware Falls from the hotel so we did not have to go to the train station until we departed. 100 yen store and convenience store within walking distance of hotel."

"伊香保温泉の名物の石段からはほんの少し離れていますが、静かでいい場所です。 駐車場もエントランス正面と、道路を挟んで近くにあり便利です。 大江戸温泉物語グループといえばディナーバイキングですが、食事会場は広くはありません。 そのため、こちらでは目の前での調理はありません。 また、料理が全て壁際に並べてあり、テーブルどうしやテーブルと料理の間の通路が狭く、ちょっと窮屈です。 総評としては、お勧めできる宿ですが、部屋にWi-Fiが無いのは、残念でした。 "

"I chose this hotel for its location next to a ski resort and I liked the look of the tatami rooms. This hotel is very cheap and you get what you pay for. The room was small and old, the futon mattresses you use to make your bed were thin and I woke up achy every day. The staff were helpful and friendly with limited English.
