Things not satisfactory: Bed height in our room was too low,approx 1.5 feet high, difficult to use especially if you have any elderly person with you. There is no lift . "Owner couldn’t do enough to help as was the case with the rest of the staff. They even installed a shower for us as we enquired if any of the rooms had a shower, which they didn’t. Unfortunately water pressure so poor on the top floor that it was impractical to use. We were in room 310 on the top floor.
