"This hotel service is very bad, During power outage , this hotel dont have any back up. All the corridors are as dark like night. Bathroom was dirty , there is water leakage in the pan. Very disgusting. We got this type of delux room but changed to some normal room. In that room no LCD tv was there. Room smells like some one smoked recently and floor was not clean at all .We called the person and get it cleaned again. In our package breakfast was included but they did not inform or asked."

Horrible Hotel

"Our stay was terrible for many reasons. Firstly the hotel’s location shown on the listing is incorrect, which was the prime reason I booked this hotel. The hotel is on one of the back streets, which I would say extremely dangerous for families or couples to stay in. The mosque is right next door and u will be continuously distrurbed by their activities. Worst place I stayed in Srinagar. "
