Ski lockers too small to store boots. Impressive ski area (2nd visit) but you need good snow to enjoy the most."

We arrived just before 20:00pm due to poor traffic but the office was already empty leaving us with two young children stranded with no keys late at night If it wasn't for the very kind staff in the hotel opposite we would never have been able to access our apartment. "Previous online reviews I read were not so good, but completely unfounded. We found it to be a charming little hotel. Front of house and reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. "Very cluttered and dusty. Have allergies so a nightmare. No hot water despite asking twice. Towels old and frayed and asked for replacement. Such a shame as was supposed to be a treat after working on campsite for 7 months but no hot bath and beds squashed against the wall. Regret the money spent on a treat that actually wasn’t. "An interesting hotel on top of a pub in the old part of Andorra la vella. Room was basic but clean and everything catered for. We had a view over the front door, where they also set the tables for the pub/restaurant, so it was a little noisy until late (especially given that it was 2 days before new years'. "The hotel is hidden behind a cafe. There is no nearby parking. The room is all tiled, cold and sterile. The towels are thin and small. The shower lies behind a shower curtain, and was too appalling to use. The in-roomheater did not work. It took a while for the motion-detection hall lights to come in."
