"Qhem i attempted to enter room 1210 someone had broken into the room and locked door latch so i coyld not gain entry in the room upon later retirning to room the door was left opened and trash in areas in room i woulf like be refunded "

"They are doing some updates to the lobby, hotel was as clean as it could be for having 8-12 inches of snow dumped on the area. Bed was a bit soft, tv was a bit clunky to operate, breakfast was not good. You would be better off spending $8 at Mcdonalds. "

"Bartender kelsey was exceptional. Front desk clerk, a huy don't remember his name was also very friendly. "

"Have to say this was on of the best hotels in the area. And the young Asian lady at the front desk was super nice."

"We visited KC for the first time for an event at T-Mobile Center. I’m glad we stayed here. Walking to the event, restaurants, anywhere in downtown was super easy. Everyone at the hotel was friendly. The room was updated and the bedding was comfortable. The parking was easy. I’ll come back to this hotel when I get a chance to visit KC again. "
