"The kitchen in the room was not well equipped. There was no dish soap or dish clothe which might explain why the dishes, ice trays and flatware were dirty. The carpets throughout need to be cleaned. The front desk staff were very helpful, kind and corteous. The breakfast was good and the area was clean. Checkout was easy and uneventful. "

"The staff were SUPER friendly. It is not a Hilton nor Marriott, so I'm basing my review already knowing that. It is less expensive but a great stay for the price! The room was clean EXCEPT for the desk chair. There was visible dirt on it. The walkways were mostly shoveled (there was a huge snowstorm two days ago) but the parking lot could have been plowed better. There is not much to the free breakfast but hey, it's included in the price. Did I say the staff were great? I want the shower head at...

"My mom, kids and I stayed here for my husbands graduation from the Army and it was a great stay! One of the housekeepers, even though there was a language barrier, she was extremly helpful and did her absolute best to get what we needed despite us speaking different languages!
