"We love staying here, though this time they did not plan out the breakfast well. There was a group of kids and when we went to get breakfast it was completely empty at 6:30am and we had to leave by 7:15am and as of 7am still no food except cereal and a few muffins. Extremely disappointed. "

"The stay was great until we tried to relax in the hot tub. There were about 30 unsupervised kid jumping in the pool, throwing each other in and doing cannonballs around us. We reported it to the night desk person but we were dismissed by him, saying he had no way to determine whose kid to stop the issue, so we went to our room. We reported the issue to the day manager but still left disappointed. The main reason we stayed here was because of the hot tub amenity. Otherwise we loved the room and...
